Regional Training Director-Western Region

• Lead recruitment and outreach to inspire Democratic women, especially from the New American Majority, to run for office in the Western region.
• Coordinate and facilitate high-quality political training sessions (signature, bootcamp, step forward) and manage logistics.
• Build and manage relationships with regional volunteer advisors, stakeholders, elected officials, and partners to expand programmatic offerings.

This role empowers Democratic women to run for office and win, advancing gender parity in political representation and fostering an inclusive democracy.

• Minimum 5 years relevant professional work experience, with 3 years within the Western region.
• Experience working on multiple political campaigns, preferably at state and county/municipal levels.
• Demonstrated commitment to Democratic ideals and passion for women's political leadership.
• Excellent public speaking, written/oral communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Google/MS Office tools.

Starting salary range: $91,250-$98,696 depending on experience.
