Campaign Specialist

Coach fellows to design and launch advocacy campaigns ending factory farming through strategic guidance and skill-building.
- Coach fellows in campaign design, strategy adaptation, and stakeholder engagement to maximize advocacy impact.
- Deliver workshops and 1:1 coaching on advocacy skills, organizing, and confidence-building for emerging leaders.
- Build relationships with external campaign advisors and facilitate cross-functional alignment with organizational goals.
- Requires proven coaching or mentoring experience and demonstrated success leading change initiatives through advocacy or organizing.
- Requires shared vegan and anti-speciesist values; ability to attend annual in-person team meetings in June and August.
