Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and execute strategic campaigns for local union organizing programs, including researching and developing winning demands and creating multi-component joint strategy tables.
  • Manage comprehensive campaigns to achieve goals and benchmarks, overseeing operations, data management systems, and digital organizing strategies.
  • Staff SEIU participation in government agencies, legislative bodies, and coalitions; allocate resources and oversee campaign budgets and staff.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 10 years of external labor organizing experience (or 8 years external + 2 years internal) and 8 years of campaign planning/management experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of direct supervisory or team management experience.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive campaigns integrating field, digital, communications, research, legislative, and political components.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms (Zoom, PurpleText, VAN Dialer) and ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
