Call for Proposals (CFP) Business Development and Growth Consultancy for Yasmeen Interactive Virtual School

This consultancy aims to support Yasmeen Interactive Virtual School in:

• Assessing the current situation from commercial, operational, and marketing perspectives.
• Reviewing and improving the current business model.
• Identifying growth opportunities and maximizing revenues.
• Improving the experience of parents and students throughout the enrollment and learning journey.
• Developing a results-driven growth and marketing strategy.
• Building a clear framework for performance measurement and progress tracking.
• Assessing the school's readiness for growth and expansion, and providing practical recommendations to enhance financial sustainability and operational efficiency.

This consultancy will help Yasmeen Interactive Virtual School grow sustainably, enabling it to serve more students with quality education, particularly in Arabic language and academic skills, and to support the mission of the Abjad Initiative for Education in reaching vulnerable groups.

• Proven experience in business development and institutional growth, revenue enhancement strategies, digital marketing and customer acquisition, e-learning or educational platforms, subscription models and paid educational services, and improving customer experience and retention.
• Ability to communicate and work in Arabic (primary language for all deliverables).
• Examples or measurable results of similar projects previously implemented.
• May be an independent expert, consulting firm, or entity specialized in business development or growth strategies.

Compensation is based on a contract with two payment milestones: 40% upon approval of Phase One outputs, and 60% upon approval of Phase Two outputs. The consultancy is expected to be implemented within 6 to 8 weeks.

Yasmeen Interactive Virtual School is an educational program of the Abjad Initiative for Education, providing online educational services for children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on teaching Arabic and other languages and academic skills. It serves 350-500 active students globally, primarily Arab communities in Europe and the Gulf states.
