What you will drive
- Map donor opportunities and develop a resource mobilization strategy for Amal Healing & Advocacy Center.
- Produce at least three donor-ready proposals or concept notes for submission to prioritized international donors.
- Deliver a structured donor tracker and conduct a capacity transfer session for AHAC staff.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Advanced university degree in international development, gender studies, social sciences, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in fundraising, resource mobilization, and proposal development for international NGOs, UN agencies, or women's rights organizations.
- Demonstrated track record of securing grants from major donors (e.g., UN Women, UNHCR, EU/ECHO, SIDA, FCDO, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of EVAWG, GBV prevention, women's rights, refugee protection, and the Women, Peace and Security agenda.
