MOSAIC Project Director (Consultant)

• Lead execution of MOSAIC's 2026-2027 funded work plans and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
• Coordinate across multiple organizations and regions to implement community readiness work and policy analysis.
• Manage consultants, partners, and contractors to ensure accountability and integration of workstreams.
• Track progress, identify risks, and take corrective action to keep projects on track.

This role advances coordinated policy and programmatic work for AAPI communities in California, promoting racial and economic justice, immigrant rights, and multiracial democracy.

• Demonstrated experience executing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with clear deliverables and deadlines.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of driving work from planning through completion.
• Ability to coordinate across organizations and ensure accountability without formal authority.
• Experience producing or overseeing written deliverables (e.g., reports, policy documents, briefs).

Compensation: $12,000–$15,000 per month (independent contractor). Remote/hybrid with travel within California. No benefits or employment relationship.
