California Recruiter Part Time Fully Remote

• Manage multiple job openings from launch to close, ensuring a sufficient pipeline of candidates.
• Screen resumes, schedule screening calls, and coordinate interviews for hiring managers.
• Provide weekly status updates and engage with clients on creative strategies to close positions.

This role helps nonprofits and social enterprises tackling housing, economic, gender, and racial justice by recruiting essential staff for mental health, homelessness, early childhood education, and other critical services.

• At least 1 year experience as an internal recruiter handling 15-20+ openings and hiring 100+ staff annually.
• Experience in direct services or allied health non-profit preferred.
• Proficiency with recruiting tech tools including ATS, calendar scheduling, texting, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills.

Competitive salary $28-31/hr. Fully remote, flexible schedule. Cell phone & internet stipend.
