Mission

What you will drive

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the utility and energy sectors, focusing on Demand Side Management (DSM) programs and Distributed Energy Resources (DERs).
  • Conduct outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and secure meetings with decision-makers to promote Resource Innovations' utility services and software offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and maintain accurate CRM records.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of experience in utility business development, sales, or account management within the utility or energy management sectors.
  • Strong understanding of utility operations, energy efficiency, and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools; experience with ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
