Mission
What you will drive
- Structure and develop complex proposals across utilities, retailers, fleet owners, wholesale markets, and aggregator partners, owning the full commercial process end-to-end.
- Architect software and VPP solutions combining hardware and software, aligning with Delivery, Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Leverage AI heavily to automate and improve proposal, pipeline, and delivery workflows.
- Own select strategic accounts end-to-end, from first meeting through negotiation and ongoing relationship management.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Deep knowledge of the US energy landscape, with particular fluency in VPPs, grid services, DER management software solutions.
- Proven experience structuring, proposing, and closing complex SaaS deals and aggregated utility capacity contracts.
- Experience working with energy utilities, retailers, and aggregators โ ideally with an existing utility sales and partner network.
- Solution-architect mindset: able to design technical solutions and translate them into commercial value propositions.
