Business Development Associate

• Identify business opportunities by monitoring donor portals and partner networks.
• Lead proposal development and coordinate high-quality bids and concept notes.
• Mentor business development interns and maintain BD resources.

This role amplifies the voices of conflict-affected communities in the Middle East by securing funding for media and communication projects that raise awareness and support peacebuilding.

• Advanced English language skills (must); Arabic is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (desirable).
• At least one year of experience in a related sector (desirable).
• Strong communication, business development, research, and writing skills.

Salary: USD 200 - USD 500 per month depending on experience. Additional benefits not specified.
