Western North Carolina Regional Organizer - Asheville Suburbs

• Serve as RWB's on-the-ground presence in Western North Carolina, growing supporter base through events and campaigns.
• Engage directly with community members, volunteers, and voters to build relationships and keep supporters updated on initiatives.
• Organize and participate in in-person and virtual events to foster community and drive awareness of RWB's mission.
• Train local women on organizing techniques and build coalitions with key groups to expand RWB's reach.

This role empowers suburban women to become politically active and engaged, building a community that counters extremism and promotes democratic values at the local level.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and data skills; ability to speak confidently in front of small and large groups.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred; EveryAction highly preferred.
• Ability to work some nights and weekends for events; frequent local/in-state travel required.
• Organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Salary: $52,500 annually. Benefits include 75% coverage of employee medical, dental, and vision insurance; employer 401(k) match after 90 days; generous paid vacation, sick time, and holiday schedule including Thanksgiving and winter break; flexible work schedule; remote work.
