Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide confidential, timely, and trauma-informed legal and practical support to clients facing criminalization for pregnancy outcomes and self-managed abortions.
  • Conduct legal research on bail and bond laws, maintain practical support resources, and manage vendor contracts and payments.
  • Participate in trainings, public education events, and cross-departmental collaboration to advance reproductive justice.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • J.D. and bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction required.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct legal service experience for indigent people and communities of color, ideally in a nonprofit setting.
  • Commitment to reproductive justice, racial justice, and anti-racist principles.
  • Preferred: Spanish proficiency, public defender experience, and familiarity with bail funds or abortion support.
