Mission

What you will drive

  • Coordinate the layout, formatting, and production of print and online legal publications, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop, maintain, and modify Microsoft Word templates, styles, and macros to support efficient publication production.
  • Manage publication content within the BarBooksโ„ข online library and maintain digital publishing platforms using WordPress.
  • Identify and implement improvements to publication production processes and workflows.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Associate degree required; emphasis in English, communications, publishing, technical writing, or related field preferred.
  • Three years of recent experience in print and digital publication production preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (styles, templates, macros) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong editing and proofreading skills, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
