Mission
What you will drive
- Coordinate the layout, formatting, and production of print and online legal publications, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery.
- Develop, maintain, and modify Microsoft Word templates, styles, and macros to support efficient publication production.
- Manage publication content within the BarBooksโข online library and maintain digital publishing platforms using WordPress.
- Identify and implement improvements to publication production processes and workflows.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Associate degree required; emphasis in English, communications, publishing, technical writing, or related field preferred.
- Three years of recent experience in print and digital publication production preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (styles, templates, macros) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong editing and proofreading skills, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
