Mission

What you will drive

  • Support the configuration and administration of enterprise SaaS applications including ERP, CRM, HRIS, project management, collaboration, and workflow tools.
  • Assist with setup and maintenance of users, roles, permissions, approval workflows, fields, forms, reports, dashboards, and system settings.
  • Partner with business users to understand issues, document requirements, and translate business needs into system updates or configuration requests.
  • Help triage, research, and resolve application support tickets in partnership with business users, vendors, and other IT teams.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong interest in business applications, SaaS platforms, ERP systems, process improvement, and technology-enabled business operations.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and follow structured processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
