Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead a brand strategy and awareness initiative to close the gap in women's recognition of heart disease as the #1 killer.
  • Conduct a discovery and audit of current brand, messaging, and communications for effectiveness, accessibility, and inclusive representation.
  • Develop brand strategy including positioning, messaging architecture, voice, and brand guidelines for priority audiences.
  • Create an awareness and communications strategy with measurable goals, channel mix, and earned-media/thought-leadership planning.

What makes you a great fit

  • 7+ years of senior-level brand strategy and integrated communications experience.
  • Track record with mission-driven organizations (health, patient advocacy, or women's health preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience embedding health equity and accessibility into communications work.
  • Experience partnering with lean nonprofit teams and development staff in a capacity-building way.
