BHR Partnerships and Development Officer

• Support strategic growth of the BHR Pillar by contributing to partnership development, donor engagement, and business development activities.
• Identify, track, and position funding opportunities aligned with BHR strategic priorities.
• Coordinate with the Head of BHR and Partnerships & Development Team on bid strategy and partnership approaches.
• Develop high-quality concept notes, expressions of interest, and full proposals.

This role directly contributes to addressing human rights risks linked to business activity, including forced labour and supply chain due diligence, thereby promoting accountability and strengthening justice systems globally.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business & Human Rights, responsible business conduct, supply chain due diligence, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting business development, partnerships, or donor engagement.
• Proven experience supporting proposal development and understanding donor documentation requirements.
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills; excellent written and verbal communication in English.
