Mission
What you will drive
- Support strategic growth of the BHR Pillar by contributing to partnership development, donor engagement, and business development activities.
- Identify, track, and position funding opportunities aligned with BHR strategic priorities.
- Coordinate with the Head of BHR and Partnerships & Development Team on bid strategy and partnership approaches.
- Develop high-quality concept notes, expressions of interest, and full proposals.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 3 yearsโ experience in Business & Human Rights, responsible business conduct, supply chain due diligence, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 yearsโ experience supporting business development, partnerships, or donor engagement.
- Proven experience supporting proposal development and understanding donor documentation requirements.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills; excellent written and verbal communication in English.
