Audience Acquisition Executive

• Execute targeted audience acquisition campaigns across email, LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and partner channels to drive qualified delegate registration.
• Support the planning and optimization of multi-channel delegate acquisition campaigns, using data and insights to improve performance and conversion rates.
• Assist in managing the registration journey, including sending invitations, RSVP tracking, confirmations, and pre-event engagement communications.
• Monitor campaign and registration performance against KPIs, making data-driven recommendations to improve results.

• Educated to degree level.
• Knowledge of sustainability and climate.
• Audience Acquisition experience desirable.
• Highly motivated with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn.
• Proficient CRM skills and knowledge of event registration platforms (desirable).
