Associate, Product Strategy & Development

• Conduct research and market intelligence on industry and competitor landscape to inform product development strategy.
• Evaluate new business and product ideas, developing data-driven recommendations for growth.
• Contribute to product launches and enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Perform financial analyses and modeling to support business decisions and growth opportunities.

This role drives innovation in investment products, enabling capital allocation to infrastructure and real assets that support economic growth and sustainability.

• 2 to 6 years of financial services experience with a focus on alternative asset management.
• Experience or exposure to product development and implementation processes.
• Strong research, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation (PowerPoint) skills.
