Role details

Support UN macroeconomic research and policy analysis for the World Economic Situation and Prospects flagship report.
- Conduct background research and quantitative data analysis on macroeconomic trends, policies, and sustainable development issues.
- Assist with economic modelling, data visualization, and updating models managed by the branch.
- Help organize policy seminars and expert group meetings; prepare materials and draft summary reports.
- Bachelor's degree (final year or completed) or Master's/Ph.D. programme; working knowledge of Stata, Eviews, or R required.
- Fluency in English required; remote full-time internship, 2–6 months starting October 2026.
