Associate Major Gifts Officer

• Manage a portfolio of mid-level donors and emerging major donor prospects, building relationships and advancing them toward deeper investment.
• Own the one-to-many fundraising program for annual fund donors, including digital outreach, targeted communications, and virtual community moments.
• Develop and execute tailored cultivation and solicitation plans, track all activity in EveryAction, and ensure timely stewardship.
• Maintain compliance with entity distinctions between Galvanize USA (c3) and Galvanize Action (c4).

This role directly fuels the growth of Galvanize USA's civic empowerment programs, enabling more women to engage in civic life and advance progress for all.

• Three or more years of fundraising experience with direct portfolio management and relationship building.
• Experience with one-to-many fundraising programs, including digital appeals and cultivation sequences.
• Proficiency with EveryAction or comparable CRM, with strong documentation discipline.
• Excellent writing skills, relational orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Starting salary range $88,000-95,000. Comprehensive benefits include 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and families, 401k with 3% automatic contribution and up to 3% match, pre-tax transportation benefits, 120 hours vacation, 80 hours health leave, 2 days casual leave, 20 hours volunteer leave, 13 paid holidays, and 12 weeks paid family and medical leave after 90 days.
