Associate, Investor Relations

• Manage day-to-day communications with current and prospective investors, providing high-touch service to encourage reinvestment and guide new investors through the investment process.
• Conduct high-volume professional phone calls and send tailored emails to answer questions and resolve friction points for prospective investors.
• Meticulously document all interactions, follow-ups, and investor statuses within the CRM, with success measured by KPIs such as conversion rates and response times.

This role directly supports TerraCycle's mission to eliminate waste by securing investment that funds innovative recycling and reuse platforms, enabling the company to scale its environmental impact globally.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in investor relations, financial services, inside sales, or a high-touch customer success role.
• Proven track record of managing a pipeline or funnel of clients/investors.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and strong communication skills.
