ASSOCIATE GENERAL COUNSEL, EMEA

• Lead the UK and EMEA legal team, overseeing legal and compliance functions for the e-Storage business unit.
• Negotiate and draft complex commercial contracts including EPC, equipment supply, and service agreements.
• Manage regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and governance across the region.

This role accelerates the world's renewable energy transition by providing legal leadership for battery energy storage projects, enabling sustainable energy solutions and reducing reliance on fossil fuels.

• Solicitor qualified in England & Wales with 10+ years post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record advising at executive level on complex legal and compliance issues across multiple jurisdictions.
• Deep knowledge of commercial law, international trade, and EU/UK regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in renewables, infrastructure, or energy sector highly advantageous.
