Associate Director, GIS

• Lead complex, multi-project geospatial programs, setting technical standards and architecting scalable solutions.
• Drive automation and quality using Python/ArcPy, FME, ModelBuilder, and reproducible workflows.
• Oversee delivery across large programs, assuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Act as senior technical advisor, translating client needs into geospatial solutions and leading proposals.

This role enables sustainable infrastructure and environmental projects (e.g., renewable energy, carbon capture) by providing geospatial expertise that supports environmental impact assessments and responsible development.

• Degree in geospatial science, GIS, environmental/data science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years delivering enterprise or large/complex geospatial programs.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, Experience Builder, Python/ArcPy, FME, SQL, Power BI.
• Strong consultative skills and executive-level communication.
