Mission
What you will drive
- Oversee and manage delivery of solar EPC projects on time, on budget, and in compliance with health, safety, contract, quality, and legal requirements.
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and schedules using MS Project or P6 Primavera; forecast costs and handle subcontractor payments and billings.
- Implement health and safety programs, ensure compliance, and secure approvals from customers, interconnection providers, and local authorities.
- Report project progress to stakeholders and lead project teams including internal resources and external subcontractors.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Mech, Civil, Elec preferred), or related discipline required.
- Three to five years or more progressive experience in construction project engineering or project management.
- General understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, codes, and construction methods.
- Experience with subcontracting industrial or large commercial electrical work required.
