Assistant Project Manager [Remote or Hybrid]

• Oversee and manage delivery of solar EPC projects on time, on budget, and in compliance with health, safety, contract, quality, and legal requirements.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and schedules using MS Project or P6 Primavera; forecast costs and handle subcontractor payments and billings.
• Implement health and safety programs, ensure compliance, and secure approvals from customers, interconnection providers, and local authorities.
• Report project progress to stakeholders and lead project teams including internal resources and external subcontractors.

This role directly contributes to the expansion of renewable energy infrastructure, helping to transition to a sustainable energy future by delivering solar projects that reduce carbon emissions.

• BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Mech, Civil, Elec preferred), or related discipline required.
• Three to five years or more progressive experience in construction project engineering or project management.
• General understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, codes, and construction methods.
• Experience with subcontracting industrial or large commercial electrical work required.

Salary range: $84,700 to $141,100 annually (estimated starting pay $101,610 to $120,000).
