Areawide Growth Leader – Transportation Planning

• Define and execute a growth strategy for transportation planning in the DMV area aligned with AECOM’s regional and business line objectives.
• Develop market and account plans focused on priority agencies and programs, including public-sector transportation agencies, MPOs, and local municipalities.
• Lead pipeline development, market intelligence, and strategic positioning for priority clients and programs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serve as a trusted advisor, and lead capture planning on key pursuits.

This role drives strategic growth in transportation planning, enabling more efficient, sustainable, and equitable transportation systems that benefit communities across the DMV region.

• Proven experience in transportation planning, market strategy, and client development within the DMV region.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to drive growth initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of public-sector transportation agencies, MPOs, and local government planning processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
