Analyst – Workday Integrations & Workato

Core responsibilities for this role include:

• Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs) and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Design and implement workflows in Workato to automate business processes across HR, Finance, and other enterprise systems, maintaining and optimizing existing recipes
• Work closely with HRS, business stakeholders and vendors to understand integration and automation needs, providing technical expertise during enhancements and projects
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and audit requirements while proactively recommending process improvements and emerging technology solutions

This role creates positive change by optimizing the Workday ecosystem to drive process automation, ensure data integrity, and deliver scalable solutions that support efficient HR and business operations.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4-6+ years supporting Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Web Services) and 2+ years designing and managing Workato automations or similar iPaaS tools
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration technologies with strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
