Mission
What you will drive
- Support all aspects of the syndication process for investment grade debt, sub-investment grade debt, preferred/structured equity, and hybrid instruments.
- Produce polished, client-ready PowerPoint materials including syndication launch decks, lender presentations, IC memos, and investor updates.
- Build and maintain pricing analyses, comp sets, and term sheet comparisons to support pricing recommendations.
- Maintain day-to-day account dialogue alongside senior syndication professionals, tracking investor feedback, allocations, and reverse inquiries.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- One to three years of investment banking experience at a top-tier investment bank, including successful completion of a formal investment banking analyst training program.
- Bachelorโs degree required, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong Microsoft Excel proficiency; Bloomberg fluency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
