Job description
- In this role, you'll build and maintain AI automations across operations, prioritizing opportunities by organisational impact.
- Develop new automations by understanding team needs and translating them into clear technical specifications.
- Run Epoch's shared AI tools including Claude in Slack, integrations, and shared skills and prompts.
- Help staff use frontier AI models effectively through onboarding, coaching, and practical guidance.
- Manage AI tool spend, evaluate emerging tools and models, and maintain reporting on workflow improvements.
