Agile Scrum Lead

• Work alongside Product Owners, delivery leads, and stakeholders to keep squads aligned and progressing toward shared outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies that bring clarity, rhythm, and focus to team delivery.
• Coach squads and Product Owners to build confidence in Agile ways of working and strengthen overall team effectiveness.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritisation, and planning to ensure work is clear and ready to progress.

This role enables customer-focused initiatives in Contact Energy's Retail environment, contributing to New Zealand's energy transition and customer satisfaction.

• Experience as an Agile Scrum Lead or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills to build team capability.
• Ability to remove blockers and navigate constraints effectively.
• Excellent relationship-building skills across business and technology teams.
