Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead a team of energy program-focused process evaluation and market research professionals
- Fully lead and manage projects from concept to implementation, including development of plans, budgets, deliverables, and presentations
- Provide technical oversight and project management for the Advisory Services business unit
- Lead business development activities including identifying new clients and expanding work with existing clients

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Economics, Statistics, Social and Environmental Sciences, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Public Policy with quantitative focus)
- 7+ years of experience with evaluation of Demand-Side Management (DSM) programs
- Expert level understanding of study design, program evaluation, energy programs, and utility industry operations
- Demonstrated experience as primary point of contact for client projects and expertise in preparing analytical reports
