Advisory Services Sr. Manager / Principal

Core responsibilities:

• Lead a team of energy program-focused process evaluation and market research professionals
• Fully lead and manage projects from concept to implementation, including development of plans, budgets, deliverables, and presentations
• Provide technical oversight and project management for the Advisory Services business unit
• Lead business development activities including identifying new clients and expanding work with existing clients

This role creates positive change by guiding utilities through complex energy challenges including load flexibility, electrification, and carbon reduction, leading the charge to power change through clean energy solutions.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Economics, Statistics, Social and Environmental Sciences, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Public Policy with quantitative focus)
• 7+ years of experience with evaluation of Demand-Side Management (DSM) programs
• Expert level understanding of study design, program evaluation, energy programs, and utility industry operations
• Demonstrated experience as primary point of contact for client projects and expertise in preparing analytical reports

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range: $103,000 - $174,000 annually
• Eligibility for discretionary annual bonus
