Advisory Senior Consultant

• Support the delivery of high-value consultancy projects applying Lean, Six Sigma, and industrial engineering techniques to analyze and improve client operations.
• Develop data-driven insights and translate them into practical, deliverable solutions.
• Build effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, and contribute to business development activities including proposals and thought leadership.
• Contribute to capability development through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

This role helps clients navigate uncertainty, manage disruption, and unlock opportunity, delivering measurable improvements in performance across sectors including Defence, Aviation, Infrastructure, and Automotive, ultimately contributing to a better world.

• Proven ability to independently manage medium-complexity projects from planning through to delivery.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable outcomes in process optimization or industrial environments.
• Strong industry knowledge and technical capability to solve complex problems.
• Provides guidance, coaching, and support to junior team members.
