Mission
What you will drive
- Own the customer relationship end-to-end, building deep understanding of their business model, technical environment and commercial goals.
- Run service delivery and operations, including incident and escalation management, onboarding, and operational reviews.
- Orchestrate specialists and translate customer needs into structured requirements, working with product, engineering, and solution teams.
- Advise on product use and adoption, surface customer feedback, and stay current on eMobility trends.

This role accelerates the adoption of electric vehicles by ensuring enterprise clients successfully deploy and operate EV charging infrastructure, directly contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from transportation.
Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role at a software company (Account Management, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Service Delivery or similar). B2B SaaS or complex B2B products preferred.
- Solid technical fluency: ability to reason about software architecture, integrations and SaaS platforms, and translate between business and technical conversations.
- Strong project management and coordination skills, with experience driving cross-functional delivery against deadlines.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
