What you will drive

  • Maintain the physical environment of office areas, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate with other facilities staff.
  • Coordinate desk and room assignments, manage space utilization, and keep floor plan data current.
  • Order and restock office and kitchen supplies daily, managing budget and inventory.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for workplace tickets, prioritizing and resolving issues quickly.
