West Coast Partnerships Lead

Build and expand Renaissance Philanthropy's network of philanthropic funders and partners on the West Coast, securing large-scale funding and cultivating thriving communities aligned with the organization's mission.
- Identify and engage new philanthropists and foundations; leverage existing networks to expand the funder base and support CEO relationship development in the Bay Area.
- Host curated events including workshops, retreats, and dinners to engage partners; ideate and establish new communities of funders with regular touchpoints and collaborative connections.
- Secure funding for Renaissance Philanthropy and its programs; track and manage relationships using Salesforce.
- Develop fundraising materials and pitch decks; coach program leads on fundraising skills and support special projects to expand partnership capabilities.
- Requires 7+ years in partnership development, fundraising, or donor relations; proven track record securing large-scale philanthropic funding and exceptional relationship management skills.
