Mission
What you will drive
- Provide general administrative support for all virtual webinars, including topic development, scheduling, and preparation of materials.
- Staff webinar events as Zoom administrator, manage logistics, respond to registrant inquiries, and produce on-demand videos.
- Assist with in-person conference duties and departmental reporting, maintaining records and metrics.

This role supports the educational activities of ACMT, helping to disseminate knowledge on medical toxicology to physicians and healthcare professionals, ultimately improving patient care and public health outcomes related to toxicologic disorders.
Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least six months experience in project coordination or webinar management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with webinar/virtual meeting software (Zoom, Teams, WebEx).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; self-motivated and proactive.
- Preferred: experience with healthcare membership societies, virtual event platforms (Zoom), association management systems (Growthzone), LMS (Elevate), CMS (WordPress), and remote collaboration tools.
