Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead the growth and development of a group of manufacturing or engineering services member companies, providing mentorship and operational advice to their leadership teams.
  • Drive adoption of lean methodologies, implement continuous improvement processes, and leverage analytics for critical metrics and insights.
  • Ensure fulfillment, quality, cost, and customer expectations are met by coordinating efforts across member companies and teams.
  • Coach, develop, and assess leadership talent to achieve growth and meet market needs.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or higher in a technical or business-related subject area (MBA or MS preferred).
  • Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience with manufacturing processes and systems in a highly matrixed environment, leading large multidisciplinary teams.
  • Expertise in lean principles with a track record of improving cost management, inventory management, quality, and delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to communicate effectively at executive levels, and willingness to travel 50% of the time.
