VP of Operations

• Lead the growth and development of a group of manufacturing or engineering services member companies, providing mentorship and operational advice to their leadership teams.
• Drive adoption of lean methodologies, implement continuous improvement processes, and leverage analytics for critical metrics and insights.
• Ensure fulfillment, quality, cost, and customer expectations are met by coordinating efforts across member companies and teams.
• Coach, develop, and assess leadership talent to achieve growth and meet market needs.

This role directly contributes to revitalizing US manufacturing by scaling efficient, lean operations across multiple businesses, creating jobs, and strengthening domestic industrial capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or business-related subject area (MBA or MS preferred).
• Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience with manufacturing processes and systems in a highly matrixed environment, leading large multidisciplinary teams.
• Expertise in lean principles with a track record of improving cost management, inventory management, quality, and delivery.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to communicate effectively at executive levels, and willingness to travel 50% of the time.
