What you will drive

  • Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy to expand VOW's reach to new audiences (parents of girls, teens, women who care about girls' rights).
  • Own the marketing tech stack, analytics, and budget to optimize donor acquisition and engagement.
  • Lead content creation, brand stewardship, and stakeholder communication to drive revenue and awareness.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on growth in nonprofit, startup, or social impact organizations.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies and designing experiments for growth.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, dashboards, and tools like Salesforce, MailChimp, Webflow, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing workflows and automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Claude, Canva, ChatGPT).
