VP - Digital Strategy & Cust Exp

• Lead the digital product and customer experience organization, including IT digital solutions, big data, and customer communications functions.
• Design, develop, and implement the digital transformation roadmap and customer journeys to deliver best-in-class customer, employee, and digital experiences.
• Develop and implement strategy to optimize customer experience, including customer research programs, communications, and marketing strategies.
• Evaluate emerging digital technologies and data science opportunities to drive business value and operational efficiency.

This role drives digital transformation and customer experience improvements for Avangrid Networks, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction while supporting the transition to a sustainable energy future.

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s preferred); minimum 15 years relevant experience preferred.
• Executive experience in digital transformation, customer experience, or related area with expert technical knowledge of core digital technologies.
• Experience with Agile, scrum, and continuous integration methodologies; knowledge of customer operations functions (billing, remittance, collections, contact center, digital).
• Formal regulatory experience and ability to work cross-functionally and globally within a matrix environment.
