Volunteer Program Development Consultant

• Design and launch a comprehensive volunteer program that supports PRASAD's mission and programs.
• Assess current and potential volunteer opportunities and develop a Volunteer Engagement Plan.
• Create volunteer roles, supporting materials, and establish systems for recruitment, onboarding, communication, tracking, and recognition.
• Assist with recruiting and placing volunteers for pilot opportunities and provide progress updates.

This role will build a sustainable volunteer engagement framework that strengthens community involvement and expands organizational capacity, enabling PRASAD to better serve its beneficiaries.

• Experience in volunteer management, nonprofit administration, community engagement, human resources, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Independent contractor, remote position with flexible schedule. Approximately 5–10 hours per week. Initial six-month contract with possibility of extension.
