Volunteer Positions

Coordinate volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and support while managing incoming inquiries and team meetings.
- Answer incoming emails and Navigation Call requests; welcome new volunteers and coordinate team meetings.
- Review volunteer applications and help run the recruiting process to bring new team members on board.
- Shape volunteer onboarding and growth; decide how first contacts with Quest go and support their development.
- Requires strong reliability, clear writing skills, and good judgment about people; no technical background needed.
- Room to grow into coordinating most of Quest's volunteer operations over time.
