Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead Teledyne FLIR Defense's US Business Development organization, capturing major programs and franchise opportunities across DoD and US Federal Government agencies.
  • Establish and execute the company's US growth strategy, overseeing the full business development lifecycle across air, ground, maritime, ISR, and emerging technologies.
  • Drive alignment between strategy, product roadmaps, and customer requirements to position the company for large-scale competitive pursuits.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of progressively responsible BD, Capture, or Program leadership experience, including leadership of large, complex capture efforts (>$100M).
  • Deep understanding of US Government acquisition processes, funding mechanisms, and source selection methodologies (FAR/DFARS).
  • Established network and credibility with senior government and industry stakeholders; ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute winning strategies, including customer shaping, Price-to-Win, and competitive positioning.
