What you will drive
- Serve as the principal architect and steward of data-driven execution and technology, translating organizational strategy into executable systems and measurable outcomes.
- Lead development of integrated analytics systems, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure to make data accessible and actionable.
- Oversee enterprise systems, technology roadmap, and vendor relationships; lead AI automation initiatives for efficiency and mission impact.
- Manage organization-wide performance systems, KPIs, and process improvement initiatives; build and lead a high-performing analytics and operations team.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of relevant leadership experience, including at least 3 years managing cross-functional teams or direct reports in a mission-driven environment.
- Deep analytics expertise: designing and managing integrated data systems, performance frameworks, and impact measurement infrastructure.
- AI and technology fluency: experience applying AI-enabled analytics, automation tools, and enterprise systems.
- Equity-centered practice: experience using disaggregated data to identify disparities and drive equitable outcomes.
