Vice President of PR & Corporate Communications

• Lead Workiva's global communications strategy, including integrated narrative strategy, executive and internal communications, and operating rhythms and governance.
• Own external communications, public relations, and reputation management, including PR, media relations, spokesperson duties, and crisis communications.
• Build global thought leadership and stakeholder communications, connecting the brand to high-impact global forums and core topics like trust, sustainability, and responsible innovation.
• Lead executive communications and executive social, advising the CEO and leadership team on thought leadership platforms and preparing them for key moments.

This role shapes how Workiva communicates its mission to help organizations navigate uncertainty, maintain trust, and make decisions that stand up to scrutiny, thereby enabling positive change in corporate transparency and responsible innovation.

• 15+ years of progressive communications experience, including senior leadership experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or a similarly complex global business.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven track record leading enterprise communications in a $1B+ revenue public or late-stage global B2B SaaS company.
• Exceptional business acumen and gravitas, with a history of serving as a peer advisor to CEOs, CFOs, and Board members.

Salary range in the US: $266,000.00 - $345,700.00. Discretionary bonus typically paid annually. Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire. 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package.
