Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the finance and operations functions, partnering with senior leadership and the Board to set strategic direction and ensure financial health.
- Oversee accounting, grants management, financial planning, analysis, operations, and compliance.
- Build and nurture a high-performing finance organization, coordinate with program staff, and develop financial literacy across the organization.
- Drive operational initiatives such as monitoring, evaluation, learning, security assessment, and training.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 10 years of finance and accounting experience in a nonprofit setting, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity for a finance department.
- Experience managing complex financial situations, driving systems change, and process improvement.
- Nonprofit finance and accounting knowledge including audited financial statements, budgets, projections, and grants management.
- Experience with fund accounting, cloud-based billing and expense management systems, and international context.
