What you will drive
- Oversee strategy, planning, and execution of a large direct mail fundraising program from concept through production, analysis, and optimization.
- Partner with internal teams (Creative, Analytics, Production) to ensure integrated, results-driven campaigns.
- Serve as primary client partner, advising on strategy, performance, budgets, and program growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of fundraising professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.

What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of progressive experience in direct response fundraising, including leadership of complex, multi-channel programs.
- Deep expertise in direct mail fundraising with experience integrating digital and other channels.
- Proven ability to lead large, high-volume or highly complex fundraising programs.
- Strong client management, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and communication skills.
