What you will drive

  • Oversee strategy, planning, and execution of a large direct mail fundraising program from concept through production, analysis, and optimization.
  • Partner with internal teams (Creative, Analytics, Production) to ensure integrated, results-driven campaigns.
  • Serve as primary client partner, advising on strategy, performance, budgets, and program growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team of fundraising professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in direct response fundraising, including leadership of complex, multi-channel programs.
  • Deep expertise in direct mail fundraising with experience integrating digital and other channels.
  • Proven ability to lead large, high-volume or highly complex fundraising programs.
  • Strong client management, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and communication skills.
