Mission
What you will drive
- Lead KoBold's business development efforts to secure exploration rights, development stage assets, and mining assets held by other parties.
- Represent KoBold with counterparties, coordinate technical underwriting, develop commercial positions, review contracts, and conduct due diligence.
- Cultivate and manage commercial relationships with key counterparties throughout project phases.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- BA/BS in physical sciences, engineering, mathematics, or economics (geology or mine engineering preferred).
- 10+ years of business development experience (natural resource or infrastructure project development preferred).
- Experience with economic modeling.
- Strong interest in physical sciences and first-principles thinking.
