Vice President, Engineering

• Define and execute AMP's technology vision, strategy, and roadmap in support of the company's commercial and strategic objectives.
• Lead and scale AMP's engineering organization across Facility Engineering, R&D, and Software Infrastructure.
• Drive execution of hardware, software, and systems engineering programs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and capabilities.
• Partner with the executive team to shape and operationalize AMP's technology strategy and own engineering budgets, resource planning, and capital investments.

This role enables AMP to scale its AI-powered recycling technology, reducing waste and maximizing resource recovery, thereby contributing to a more sustainable and circular economy.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience in hardware-centric product organizations, including 4+ years at the Senior Director, VP, or equivalent executive level.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering organizations of 30+ engineers and technical leaders across hardware, software, systems, and operations.
• Proven track record of delivering products and technology programs that create measurable business value.
