Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and manage the finance and accounting departments, ensuring accuracy and integrity of all financial data and reporting.
- Oversee development and maintenance of accounting systems, internal controls, and month-end closing processes.
- Prepare financial statements, Form 990, and other regulatory filings; manage audits and retirement plan reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration required; Master's degree and CPA license preferred.
- Non-Profit Experience required; 5-10 years of people management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and GAAP; hands-on working knowledge of accounting software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to handle confidential information.
