UX Research Operations Program Manager

• Build and maintain core systems, workflows, dashboards, documentation, and playbooks that support UX Research at scale.
• Manage cross-functional program management across Research, Product, Design, Legal, Ops, IT, and external vendors.
• Own participant recruitment operations, vendor management, and panel operations to improve recruitment speed, quality, and compliance.
• Build and manage systems to convert customer feedback and research findings into structured, actionable product signals.

This role enables UX Research to operate with speed, quality, and compliance, ensuring that customer insights drive product decisions and ultimately contribute to the development of safe, user-friendly autonomous vehicles that can transform urban mobility.

• 4+ years of experience in program management, research operations, UX operations, or related field.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs across research, product, data, legal, operations, IT, or external vendor teams.
• Working knowledge of UX Research workflows including participant recruitment, study operations, data handling, and insight delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
