Mission

What you will drive

  • Own end-to-end UX design for features within NavVis IVION, from discovery and ideation through prototyping, validation, and high-fidelity UI design.
  • Guide user research activities (interviews, usability testing, concept validation) to uncover customer needs and inform product decisions.
  • Translate user insights and business requirements into clear user flows, interaction concepts, and design solutions.
  • Contribute to the NavVis design system by evolving shared components, patterns, and guidelines.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 2 to 3 years of professional experience in UX or product design, showing end-to-end design work.
  • Demonstrated expertise in user research methods (interviews, usability testing, concept validation).
  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and research repository tools such as Condens.
  • Solid understanding of usability principles and user-centered design, with strong visual design sense and attention to detail.
